OUR COMMITMENTS
Because with every success comes responsibility, we do our utmost to be an ethical and responsible company. We are therefore committed to...
Recycling our waste
We are working hand in hand with the French company Rosobren to find outlets for the 15 kilos of straw we throw away every month. The resulting material, which is entirely bio-sourced, will be used to replace plastics in the manufacture of 3D filaments, for example.
Reducing our carbon footprint ...
Wherever possible, we use MDF Ecologique fibreboard, which contains no isocyanates, phenolic glues or added formaldehydes.

Responsible recruitment
To recruit new talent and expand our team, we give priority to networks of associations that help migrants, such as the BAAM (Migrant Aid Office) and SINGA. Several times a year we also welcome 3rd year trainees sent by the "Viens voir mon taf" association.
Donate
In 2019, we collaborated with Maison Bernardaud to create a straw marquetry vase which was auctioned at Christie's in aid of the charity. Paris Tout P'titswhich helps disadvantaged families with young children. During the lockdown, we sold coasters and donated the proceeds to the APHP fund. Each year, we also donate around €2,000 to other associations (La Maison des Femmes, Utopia 56, Bureau d'Accueil et d'Accompagnement des Migrants, etc.).
Working for parity
In October 2022, our team will be made up of six women and six men, working every day to keep the Ateliers running!
Reaching out to the young
Thanks to the association Re-enchantmentIn winter 2022, we organised our first workshop visit for teenagers in the care of the Children's Social Welfare Agency. We also take on 3rd year trainees every year, thanks to the association Come and see my job which brings together professionals and 3rd form students with no need to apply for a job, in order to create social mobility and, why not, vocations!
