ARTISAN CRAFTS IN THE SPOTLIGHT

Lison de Caunes will be the patron of the 2026 edition of Artistic Crafts in the Spotlight, an annual event dedicated to promoting arts and crafts and excellence in craftsmanship. Held in the village of Conques, which has been awarded the City and Artistic Crafts, the event brings together craftspeople, elected representatives and the public for talks, meetings and workshop tours.
As part of this patronage, Lison will give a talk on her career and her vision of the arts and crafts, before taking part in the official ceremony and a tour of the village artisans’ workshops.

Monday 17 August – 7.30 pm : Lecture by Lison de Caunes at the Auditorium of the European Centre in Conques
Tuesday 18 August – 5.00 pm to 11.30 pm : an official ceremony and a tour of the artisans’ workshops
